Determine extent of energy saving lightbulbs and lumanires present

To Maintain Industry standards our surveys are audited and therefore a couple of things may happen during the survey to aid compliance with our accreditation body.

Photos

Technically orientated photos are taken to evidence features of the property.

Floorplans

For accurate record taking, a floorplan is created by the assessor

Survey

The accreditation body may get in touch with you about carrying out a survey on how the EPC went
