A Bit About Me

I first qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor in 2008, and have been working in the property and energy efficiency space ever since.

Over the years, I’ve gained additional qualifications as a New Build SAP Assessor and a Commercial Energy Assessor, allowing me to assess everything from family homes to office blocks. I’ve worked on behalf of local authorities, housing associations, estate agents, private landlords, and homeowners — delivering clear, compliant, and honest assessments every time.
